With so many ceremonies involving grads from 2020 (who are now being honored in-person), we have seen a few issues with the YEAR caption on products. If you believe you may have 2020 and 2021 grads in one ceremony/event, you would NOT want to pre-populate the YEAR caption when setting up your job in CORE. Alternatively, you can allow the consumer to enter their own grad year online. Happy grad season!
