Dear valued CCS customers,


We are having an amazing fall. Sales volume is clearly much better than in 2020, as we expected. But the most pleasing thing is that volume is up considerably over a strong 2019. We hope that your fall is off to an amazing start as well!

Many of our customers have booked extra business from other photographers who shut down during Covid.

With View First™ orders, we are seeing more customer visits online and getting higher sales per visit.

We believe that our new ecommerce website and new marketing campaigns are positive factors in the increase.

We have been able to hire more people for production by raising our starting wages.

We currently have more staff working in the lab than we did in 2019 – and we are continuing to hire more.
Supply chain challenges are real in the world today, but we have the materials we need and will alert you in the event of any delays.

Overall, things are going well in this complicated environment, but we are currently running an extended 5-day service time – three days slower than we like.

We are still bringing new staff up-to-speed and we are doing our best to catch up. We began working overtime daily to get back on track to the service time we want to provide. We believe we will be there soon.

Delivery times may vary in the next 2-3 weeks, so you may ask customer service what current delivery times are running. Please plan to get your orders to us as quickly as possible.

Importantly, any slower production times we may be experiencing do not impact getting your new images online to sell to your customers, or the creation of art like virtual groups. These services along with image knockouts are within our normal service times.
