We’ve made marketing Smile masks easier. With this program, you will make about $10 mask without having to do hardly anything. We’ve made it super easy! Just follow this link to sign up and CCS will setup your mask offer, your mask event and your mask email campaign. It doesn’t get any easier than that. We’re making it easy for you to generate additional revenue with this new, unique, fun to wear product without having to photograph an event.

It is good to see that many schools have opened or are opening shortly. Many of our customers have begun taking school pictures and school sports with very good sales results.

It is good news that the Big Ten is now going to have a football season starting in October. That will provide other football teams – youth leagues and school teams – an excuse, or “cover” to have a football season, as well.

The positive feedback from our Online Summer Conference has inspired us to plan some more. We will hold 90-minute Zoom conferences every month, or so. It will be good to see you all, and for you all to see each other.

Our support folks have been pretty maxxed out helping you all prepare for upcoming shoots. A lot of customer “start-up” needs are all happening at once. We sincerely apologize for any delays you may experience.

We have a lot of customers switching to PhotoMatch so they can begin saving money on labor and the cost of forms while increasing their sales and profit. They are also touting how PhotoMatch can be used “touch free” which is an important selling point in today’s world. If you have not switched to PhotoMatch, you really should.

Observation – While everybody’s business has been impacted negatively by the pandemic, some folks are using their time well to book business going forward. Some is from existing customers and their events. However, we have heard that a lot of new business is coming from other photographers who have not kept in touch with their customers. Opportunities abound for photographers who will get into their “aggressive mode”. Use your time well – make at least one sales contact each day to book some new business.

CCP recently contacted a high school about shooting their cross-country team, which we didn’t do last year. We shot their 67 runners (men & women) in several poses and have sales of $1,368 so far – or $20.36 per person shot with no rebate. It turned out to be a very profitable one-hour shoot, and it will lead to other new business.

Every day you must keep in mind that the status of events changes constantly. Keep your antenna up, ears to the ground, and be in contact with every potential client. Be the first to take advantage of opportunities.

Sincerely,

Jack Counts Jr.
