Z-CROP IMAGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN MY MULTI-IMAGE DOWNLOAD
Z-Crops are actually just crop coordinates that are presented on the retail website. We do not actually crop your images and store them anywhere so when a customer orders the download, they will receive the full image instead of a cropped version. On prints, the z-crop is applied at the printer. The downloads go straight from our server to the customer in their email receipt, therefore the z-crop will not be applied to instant downloads. It is all part of keeping our cost to you down so we can store your amazing images for many years to come.

- Refund – to replace funds back to the original payment source
Tip: Make sure to include the VG number with the total amount of the refund. If you want a partial refund, please break it out to order total, shipping, and tax.
- Resubmit – submitting an order for a second time due to an issue with the original (make sure to always include the reason for reporting)
Tip: Sadly, we cannot resubmit orders that need a change in image, background, or style/modifier. These types of re-submits must be done through CORE as manual orders. View our Knowledge Base article about resubmits.
